Bethel is a properly registered, trust worthy, accountable and tax exempted. Bethel is ordained
and placed by the Creator of Heaven and Earth, in Krishnagiri region of Tamilnadu state of South India; to serve, to show
compassion and develop the destitute, poor, the suffering, the orphaned and abandoned; irrespective of ones creed, caste and
community attachment and to develop them holistic so that they may grow in God's immeasurable grace, love and salvation,
towards an abundant life freely available to every one.
Bethel is now 18 Years old. We have dedicated team of
Volunteer Executive Board with a track record of faithfulness and accountability. Many God's Servants,
Friends and volunteers from around the world, were here physically and have seen us and pray for us, advise and guide us.
The region where Bethel is serving is the most under developed and backward district in the whole of Tamilnadu
state. The literacy rate is 20% and the rain fall is 13% and most are below poverty line. Rigid caste and community systems
and remoteness of geography location, in-between Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka are some of the reason for it's backwardness.
The Government of Tamilnadu and few other NGOs do their best to develop the people here by various projects.
Bethel's Mission Portfolio:
1. Proclamation of the Gospel
of the Kingdom of God to the unreached millions who live
in remote villages and plant churches, Where
there is no church.
2. Training, ordaining and support of native pastors. 3. Ministry to children and summer
Camps.
3. Youth Ministry- and youth camps.
4. Revival of Independent Churches and uniting them under ONE umbrella.
By God's Grace we now have 30 associate churches.

Bethel is a "Faith" Society, TOTALLY, caste upon the Lord and his servants who have
a vision and heart for 3rd world missions. We survive on our Knees and Miracles from the hands of God. As you know, the times
are very hard and we have urgent needs. It is impossible to raise friends and support; living in a tiny village in India.
There are 100s of Bottle necks. But You can make the difference, by praying, promoting, partnering, sharing, volunteering

Sign Around the sun on 11.July 2010 in our region
On the 11th July 2010, we the Bethel Community
came out of our Chapel after our sunday worship and witnessed this wonderful scene in the sky in the mid-day. This ring was there
for more than 2 hours. For child like faith holders, this is "...and fearful sights and great signs shall be there
be from heaven" (Lk.21:11). And to-day, (21.7.2010) all the news paper printed out photographs of this. The picture
here is taken by Mr. Dominike- A german Volunteer aged 24, with his zoom lensed Camera and who will be attempting to climbimg
mount Himalaya soon. This itself is not a co-incident. |

The On Going Projects of Bethel
Bethel Orphanage is 14 years old now and there are 25 kids and 5 paid staff. This school year our School results
is 100% and all the children are going to newe classes. The month of June is an expensive month. We are in desperate needs.
Our children are very well maintained and we have a public testimony and the only, "Fit Institute" status Orphanage.
It takes 40$ a month as a over all expense to keep a child in Bethel. Your prayers, blessings and support will give these
children a hopeful life and future.
Sewing Training
Bethel trains widows, and girls who discontinued school, with sewing training. A lady teachers stays in Bethel Campus
and trains 10 ladies in a batch for one full year. After the completion of the training each of them will get a Certificate
and this will help the women to find a permanant and a well paid job with "Ready made" dress companies in Bangalore
and Tirupur from where lots of ready made dress materials are air lifted internationally. And some women start their own dress
making shops. We need funds for the training and to pay the salary of the teacher.
Residential
Summer Camp for children
Bethel has an extensive ministry with the rural children. Come the month of May,
it is Summer Camp time for kids. This year it was our 13th Summer camp.
From the 1st of may to the 10th of May nearly 175 kids from interior rural villages come and stay for 10 days, to have
time of study, singing, knowing god and experiencing Him in a new way and return to their villages with a new decision. Bethel
hosts these camps with the support of Individuals like you our annual budgert is around 2,500$.
Ministry
to Young People.
Bethel has a vision and burden for young people. We all are aware of the temptations,
perils, pitfalls and problems our young people go through. They have to be well counseled, guided and spiritually built to
face the social and moral obligations in their families, church and communities. Bethel hosts 3 Camps in a year for young
people and then follow them up. We have seen young people taking up for full time ministries and well settled even in foreign
countries with well paid jobs.
Evangelization of Rural Villages
Bethel's Spiritual Responsibility is to be obiedient to the "Great Commission". Bethel is in
debted to millions of people. 99.9% will end up in hell, if we keep quiet and the Lord their blood from our hands. And therefore,
we cease not in preaching, teaching, healing and delievering people from the bondages of sin and satan and establish trhem
in Christ. Abundant life is available in Jesus.
Bethel has 30 associate churches in interior rural villages. The churches meet in thatched roofs and other buildings
and some meet in houses. All are new Believers in Christ and their pastor or Evangelist also are new converts.
Bethel's
Spiritual responsibilities, in teaching, educating, Disciple making and establishing them in christ is great.
